we
opened
our
first

from
around
the
world
have
enjoyed
our
fresh,
handcrafted,
traditional

that
never
travel
more
than
thirty
feet
from
the

to
your

in
the
traditional
English
fashion,
using
only

floral
aroma
and
a
slightly
fruity
aftertaste.

of
a
hand-crafted
brew

Halloween
Ale
Halloween
Ale
started
out
as
a
small
batch,
cask-conditioned
seasonal
in
our
Portland
Brew
pub
back
in
1990.
The
response
was
overwhelming
and
production
has
increased
every
year
since.
With
the
opening
of
our
Freeport
brew
pub
in
1995,
we
started
brewing
Halloween
Ale
in
both
cask-conditioned
and
draft
styles,
as
well
as
packaging
the
ale
in
mini-kegs,
22
oz
bottles
and
kegs
for
off-premise
and
retail
distribution.
In
2002
we
revamped
the
logo
and
released
Halloween
Ale
in
six-packs
all
over
the
great
state
of
Maine
Halloween
Ale
is
rich,
full-bodied
E.S.B.
that's
just
a
bit
sweet
and
toasty
on
the
palate,
with
a
medium-dry
and
slightly
floral
finish.
